These knives are produced by Quintin and his Apprentices. The handle are made from dymalux for Charcoal and G10 for Blue / Black. Dymalux is dyed birch veneers and G10 is made with Epoxy and fiberglass. The stainless steel we use is called AEB-L.

This Echo Paring Knife is made from high-quality stainless steel AEB-L with a 4" blade. The handle is constructed from G10 and dymalux, a type of dyed birch veneer, and the knives are expertly crafted by Quintin and his Apprentices. Razor-sharp and durable, this knife is perfect for food preparation tasks.

Quintin Middleton is the master bladesmith behind Middleton Made Knives in Saint Stephen, South Carolina, crafting bespoke high-carbon steel knives for top chefs like Sean Brock and Michael Anthony. Inspired by Conan the Barbarian as a child, he began forging makeshift blades from household items. At 17, he apprenticed under legendary bladesmith Jason Knight, honing his craft on hunting knives and swords. Guided by faith, he later transitioned to culinary knives, earning the trust of Charleston’s top chefs. Founded in 2010, Middleton Made Knives stands as a testament to passion, craftsmanship, and belief.
