Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.75 for most orders. However, the final shipping cost may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your items. Additionally, some items are shipped directly from our marketplace partners across the United States, and their shipping fees may differ based on their specific policies.

When you place an order, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, so you can see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Standard: Ships within 2-3 days.

Note: Items that are shipped directly from one of our marketplace partners, artists, made-to-order items, and backordered items may require additional time to ship. The estimated delivery time for these items will be noted on the product page. During the checkout process, we’ll inform you if your order includes any of these items before you complete your purchase.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition. A $7.99 handling fee applies to cover processing costs such as quality checks, repackaging, restocking, and transaction fees. If the return is due to our mistake, like receiving the wrong or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

To start a return, please reach out to us through our contact form or email us at info@upcrafted.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We'll get back to you promptly with return instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
