We are actively trying to help save the Bees, we support the NAPPC (North American Pollinator Protection Campaign) and other organizations like it. With every purchase made, we take a small percentage of the profits and send them directly to the organizations to fund research and preservation efforts. 🍯 This in turn ensures that the bees, butterflies and other pollinators have a better chance of survival. 🌱 We only have one planet, which is why we must do everything in our power to protect it! Together, we can truly make it a beautiful place to call home.

🕯️ All of our candles are hand poured by an artisan in a small town in Pennsylvania. We strive for perfection in every product that we create, although sometimes there may be a slight fluctuation in the beeswax's color and scent. This can be determined by the types of pollen a bee harvests and brings back to Its hive; as well as things like the age of the wax and climate in which it is made. You can expect your candle to range from a bright and vibrant yellow color, to a beautiful rich golden color. All of our Beeswax is Natural and or Organic. Since these candles are handmade and almost always made to order, there may be a very slight variation in the product.

About Bees Light Candles

Founded in 2000, Bee Hive Candles began on a tiny kitchen stove in our small home in the foothills of the Pacific Northwest. During the cold, rainy winter, we used handmade molds and melted small chunks of beeswax in old pots to create just a few candles at a time.

My fascination with bees began in the late '80s while I was working on a honey farm. It was there I discovered the truly exceptional nature of bees and their creations. Beeswax is both delicate and durable, a lovely material to work with that results in amazing candles.

Candle-making is an ancient art that brought me so much joy and purpose. I knew I wanted to share that same sense of peace and relaxation with others. While we've grown a lot since those early days, we're still a small, family-run business fortunate enough to do what we love every day.

Today, all our candles are made by hand in a new workshop we built near our home in the Mt. Baker foothills in 2006. We use only 100% pure beeswax gathered right here in the USA.
