Quintin Middleton is the master bladesmith behind Middleton Made Knives in Saint Stephen, South Carolina, crafting bespoke high-carbon steel knives for top chefs like Sean Brock and Michael Anthony. Inspired by Conan the Barbarian as a child, he began forging makeshift blades from household items. At 17, he apprenticed under legendary bladesmith Jason Knight, honing his craft on hunting knives and swords. Guided by faith, he later transitioned to culinary knives, earning the trust of Charleston’s top chefs.
